Shipping Information for KT360A (excluding the EU region), KBA01, CAT01, KT-100P, and some other unlisted products.
Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, shipping will be delayed. We expect to resume shipping on February 6th.
For pre-order products, shipping is expected to begin in early March.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund promptly.
If your order includes two or more items and only part of the order has been shipped, we can refund the unshipped items. For shipped items, you can request a refund after returning the products to us. (Please note that if the return is not due to a product issue, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.)
If you request a partial refund and have used a promotional discount, the discount will no longer apply. We will recalculate the total amount accordingly when processing your refund.
